We have been facing some issues with APIs in the GRA7 cloud region.
A 'travaux' is already opened here: http://travaux.ovh.net/?do=details&id=47350

Impacts:
- Actions such as instance creation, reboot, rescue or any other action on instances

Not impacted:
- Already existing nodes
- Kubernetes clusters
- Customers applications
