Today we are releasing a new Debian 10 image on all public cloud and VPS regions.

Change log:
1. Qemu Guest Agent is now installed and enabled - to improve snapshot experience
2. curl & gpg packages are now installed
3. Using the Debian Cloud image provided by Debian
4. Applying recent system update - up to the date of image build

Impact: No impact for customers - old version of Debian 10 image will be disabled and all future deliveries and installations will be done with the new image.
