Please note that a major incident impacted all operations related to .pl since yesterday afternoon.
Please find below more information related to this incident:
Start time: Fri Sep 11 2020 14:00 Europe/Paris
Severity level : Major
User impact : all operations related to .pl do not succeed. For example, customers cannot create, renew, transfer or even check if a .pl is available from the website, the manager, or via the API
Technical impact (DC/geographical area) : worldwide
Root cause : A service handling operations with Nask registry failed
Time resolution : Fix deployed and will be 100% functional by 12:00 Europe/Paris.
Current status : Resolution on-going - the service is now working but has to handle all the operations that have piled up during the problem, which can take up to 1h.

Start time: Vendredi 11 11 2020 14:00 Europe/Paris
Criticité : Major
Impact client : toutes les operations liées à l’extension .pl retournent une erreur. Par exemple, un client ne peut plus créer, renouveler, transférer ou même vérifier la disponibilité d’un .pl sur le site web ovh, l’espace client ou par API.
Région impactée : monde entier
Cause : Le service logiciel en charge des opérations avec le register Nask a subi une défaillance.
Heure de résolution : Fix déployé à 10h45 qui sera 100% opérationnel avant 12:00 Europe/Paris.
Etat actuel : Résolution e ncours - le service logiciel est maintenant fonctionnel mais doit gérer l’ensemble des operations accumulées pendant l’incident, ce qui peut prendre jusqu’à 1h de temps.
