The network infrastructure behind VPS (on hypervisors) failed on some hypervisor.
The root cause is a failing rabbit cluster, which prevent some network agents to grab the configuration correctly.
A a result, some VPS were misconfigured on the hypervisor.

The root issue is now closed, we are doing a full check on all VPS, but if you encounter the issue, you can try to reboot / reinstall your VPS to solve this.
