Sur une partie des services facturés ce mois (environ 900 services identifiés), Un incident sur notre système de pay-as-you-go a provoqué la non-facturation :

- des ressources horaires et des licenses sur les services de type private cloud et logs data platform.

Le problème a été identifié et les client concernés vont être contacté et une facturation complémentaire leur sera adressée à fin de semaine.

On part of the services billed this month (approximately 900 services identified), An incident on our pay-as-you-go system caused non-billing:

- hourly resources and licenses on private cloud and logs data platform services.

The problem has been identified and the customers concerned will be contacted and additional invoices will be sent to them at the end of the week.
