Dear Customers,
Please note the following incident regarding FTPS connections to your \"ftpback\" backup server.
Following all the necessary information.
Start time: Wed Dec 01 2019 23:59 UTC
User impact : Access to backup servers using FTPS
Technical impact (DC/geographical area) : All DCs in Europe
Root cause : A SSL certificate reached its expiration date.
Scope of impact : ftpback EU
Current status : in progress
ETA: 4 days
Unfortunately we are not able to renew the expirated certificate at the moment, we will let you know when we will have further information.
Please note that you can still use FTP, NFS and CIFS to access your backups.
