sharedsql019.sql020 is experiencing unexpected load problems due to hardware hosting the VM. We are now cold evacuating the VM to another physical host.
Update(s):
Date: 2019-11-16 02:32:59 UTC The move of the instance had been canceled. The ETA was about in 9 hours, what is not acceptable.
The first idea, seeing the MCE pool errors, was to keep the disks, and put them in another new server (new CPU, new motherboard, new RAM, new all but the disks).
As we had to reboot (because we had to change the hardware), we first wanted to reboot, as it is, to be sure the problem was not \"solved\" because of the reboot itself.
And the problem is not happening anymore after the reboot. So the issue is closed, but there is still something wrong. We will diagnose the problem, and very probably plan another intervention later on this host.
Date: 2019-11-16 02:04:19 UTC Something's wrong in moving the instance. The move rate is much lower than expected. Lots of machine-check exceptions. We're investigating.
Date: 2019-11-16 00:51:36 UTC ETA to re-UP the services: 50 minutes.
