We will be migrating our Optical equipment to a new location in Toronto POP on July 31st from 00:00 to 04:00 AM EDT.
Some increase in latency for USA / CA traffic may happen during the maintenance.

Following equipements move, RAMAN gain on a Toronto amplifier on the Chicago direction didn't reach the same gain. We have to modify optical parameters values on the ROADMs cards in Toronto in order to bring back up circuits. We had to take longer that the maintenance window because of that.
All circuits BHS <> Chicago are now up again.

Equipements have been installed in the new location at Toronto but we are currently facing an issue preventing us from bringing back the line.
