We are currently experiencing an issue on this line on the Champlain ILA.

impact:
- 4x100G BHS <> Ashburn circuits down
- 20x100G BHS <> NWK on protection path

An engineer is going on site to troubleshoot the issue.

Engineer is currently on site.

Following an issue one controller, we had to force a switchover on the inactive controller card but following this action, DB has been lost on the complete node. Exact root cause will need to be investigated further.

After a reboot of the node, we were able to re-establish production traffic.

We replaced the faulty controller and are now back to normal operations.
