Carrier :
"The Transport NOC reports that Field Operations are currently at the fault location investigating the possibility of implementing a service migration to expedite restoration. Field Operations are testing the fibers towards Indio, CA in order to isolate any available spare fibers. If no spare fibers are located, then it will be necessary to repair the damage to restore impacted services. The Outside Plant team is currently en-route to the fault location to assist. Restoration crews have also been engaged and dispatched to the failure; however, an ETA is currently unavailable."

Carrier :
"The Outside Plant team reports that the excavation crew along with the replacement cable are expected to be on-site with an ETA of 04:30 GMT. The crews foreman that will assist in providing direction in the repairs is also en-route with an ETA of 03:30 GMT. The ETA for the crew handling the boom truck is still undetermined. The boom truck will be necessary if personnel decide to hang the replacement cable cross utility poles as the temporary fix action. While crews make their way to the fault location, onsite personnel are assessing the damage further to formulate a proactive repair plan. "
