The European NOC reports that all civil works have been completed and they have finished pulling the slack cable and are about to start preparing the cable for splicing in a temporary splice enclosure.

The European NOC reported extensive civil works is required to one of the chambers housing fiber slack was found encased in concrete next to a highway. An estimated time to restore services of 15:00 GMT was received.
