Nous avons nettoyé les anciens confs IPv6 et ajouter les
nouvelles pour aller sur tous les points de peering en
Europe en IPv6.

on va maintenant pouvoir demander les IPv6 sur chaque point de peering
puis on va lancer les demandes de peering en IPv6. de même on va renforcer
les peering via nos fournisseurs de transit.
