We observe some loss in fragmented UDP traffic from the outside to the servers behind rbx1-5ab-vr.

This may impact netboot and OS reinstallation.

We are troubleshooting the issue.

The issue has been fixed. It turned out to be a wrong configuration on the routers.

We deployed a temporary patch allowing netboot and OS reinstall to work properly.

In parallel, we have identified the source of the issue as a malfunction on the routers.

We are testing a potential patch at the moment.
