Cable restoration is still ongoing. ETR is 04:00 UTC. Interoute's links remain up and stable.

The splicing is ongoing since 19:45 UTC.

The cable has been damaged by civil works. Engineers are currently carrying out preparatory work. Splicing will start at 20:00 UTC.
