Service is now back online, we keep working on the improvement of the vRouter performance

We had a DDOS attack on DNS Low-Latency service, routed by previous-generation vRouters, which could not handle the load.
This attack impacted VPN (beta) services as well.
We are currently migrating DNS Low-Latency to a current-generation vRouter, with far better performance.
