Nous allons mettre a jour ce couple de nexus en release 7.1.3.N1.2
L'intervention est planifiée dans la nuit du 23 au 24 février 2016 a partir de Minuit CET
Le but est avant tout du bug fix sur 2248.
Certaine interface en LAG blackhole du trafic lors de la mise en route ( CSCuv37294 ).
Divers fix tel vpc mismatch speed, crash sur pfstat, ptplc, port-channel, port-sec.
La mise a jour est prévu en non-disruptive.

Nous sommes partout en LACP rate normal (30 sec)
A notez que la reconf ne pose aucun soucis, mais il faut faire flapper l'interface pour voir les 2 neighbors sync avec le même Rate

Nous débutons par le le tilera 3, le moins chargé

En pre-flight check, nous devons reconfigurer les port-channels vers le Tilera en LACP rate normal.
Actuellement nous sommes en LACP rate fast, ce qui empeche l'ISSU.
Nous ferons la migration vers rate normal cette nuit a partir de minuit ( 22 fevrier, 23h59 ), il n'y a pas de coupure a prévoir.
